Another night of the Festive RIDE program nets more drunk drivers.
South Simcoe Police say within 15 minutes of setting up at around 10pm on Mapleview Drive in Innisfil last night (dec 6) they arrested two drivers.

South Simcoe Police say each day hundreds of calls are made to people across Canada, including our area.
The fraudsters pose as CRA employees asking for money and gift cards.

An attempted armed robbery in Beeton.
Nottawasaga OPP say a man walked into a convenience store with what appeared to be a long gun.
The cops say he demanding money and assaulted the employee.
The incident happened last Friday night (dec 1).

ARMED ROBBERY IN ALLISTON

An armed robbery at an Alliston convenience store.
Nottawasaga OPP say two men walked into the Banting Convenience Store late Friday evening (dec 1).
One of them had what appeared to be a handgun.
The pair made off with cash and cigarettes.
