An Essa Township man is facing charges of bilking an elderly client out of a lot of cash
Nottawasaga OPP say the charges stem from cheques written by what they call a "vulnerable senior".
The cheques total about $130,000.

The Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority says the flood potential is moderate but the potential for ice jams is high. Heavy rain and temperatures in the double digits Tuesday (Feb. 20), water levels will rise as the snow melts and rain accumulates.
